By-Elections 2012

As many of you will know the Goodricke Junior Common Room Committee still has some vacant positions, this is a great opportunity to get involved with your college and all positions are open to you if you are an undergraduate member of Goodricke College, pursuing active study or on a university permitted leave of absence (of up to one year). The positions available are:

• 2 Campaigns Officers
• 2 Disabilities Officers
• 2 Dixon Court Reps
• 1 Ents Officer
• 2 Environment & Ethics Officers
• 1 LGBT Officer
• 1 Social Officer
• 1 Sponsorship Office
• 2 Sports Officers
• 1 Volunteering Officer

The nominations to run in the Goodricke JCRC By-elections for these positions will open at 0900 on Monday 16th January 2012 (Week 2), these nominations will operate through the YUSU website (at www.yusu.org/nominate).

Nominations Open – Monday Week 2 0900
Nominations Close – Friday Week 2 1200
Campaigning Briefing – Friday Week 2 1700

Hustings – Saturday Week 2 in the GCR @ 1930

Voting Opens – Monday Week 3 0900
Voting Closes – Friday Week 3 1700

There will also be a drop-in session for anyone with questions regarding positions or the elections in general on Monday Week 2 at 1830 in the JCR.
